It records the first answer to each query in a fresh, logged-out session and reports each platform separately. The findings are dated observations, directional rather than statistical. Delivered as a PDF.
Where answers display or cite sources, the audit records them. It separately checks the public record for incorrect facts, outdated descriptions, and inconsistencies. A cited source does not prove what caused an answer. The report distinguishes observed findings from inferred explanations and identifies corrective priorities.
